returns

Verve accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for products that arrive damaged or incorrect. To start a return, email support@verveee.us with your order number and a photo of the issue. Because research materials cannot be verified once opened, opened or reconstituted vials are not eligible for return. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable except where the error was ours.

how to start a return

  1. Take a clear photo of the vial and packaging.
  2. Email support@verveee.us with your order number and the photo within 30 days of delivery.
  3. We review the claim and, once approved, issue a refund or replacement.

not eligible

  • opened or reconstituted vials;
  • claims without photo documentation;
  • items improperly stored after delivery;
  • returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
